    • All digital artwork is the intellectual property of Black-Widow Design and remains the sole copyright of the creator, Erika B. Armstrong.
    • Purchasing a digital file grants you a personal use license only. You do not own the rights to the artwork itself.

    2. Permitted Use

    • You may:

      • Display the artwork in your home, office, or private space.
    • Files can be printed in A1, A2, or A3 formats as intended.

    3. Prohibited Use

    • You may NOT:
      • Reproduce, redistribute, or sell the artwork in any format, physical or digital.
      • Use the artwork for commercial purposes, such as creating products for sale, advertising, or branding.
      • Modify or alter the artwork and claim it as your own.

    4. Non-Transferable License

    • The license for the digital file is non-transferable. You may not share, gift, or resell the file to others.

    5. Refund Policy

    • Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final. Refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are not available once the file has been downloaded.

    6. Breach of Terms

    • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or sale of the artwork will result in legal action. We take intellectual property rights seriously to protect the artist's work.
