  • By purchasing our 30-second animated video service, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

    Service Description

    • The service includes the creation of a 30-second animated video in MP4 format, with or without background music as per the selected package.
    • One (1) edit variation is included in the service. Any additional edits will incur an extra charge.

    Pricing and Payment

    • Prices are $49 (without music) and $55 (with music), excluding GST.
    • Full payment is required upfront to begin the project.

    Requirements

    To proceed with your order, you must provide the following:

    • Your logo in JPG or PNG format.
    • A high-quality image.
    • Details of three (3) products or services (must feature the same object/service).
    • The type of vibe (music style, if applicable).
    • A prioritized color palette using Pantone codes for accuracy (please note that colors will be matched as closely as possible using available tools).
    • All correct information, including price points, contact details, and links to be included in the animation.

    Failure to provide these items accurately and on time may delay the project.

    Turnaround Time

    • The standard turnaround time is 24 hours from the receipt of all required materials and payment.

    Refund Policy

    • No refunds will be issued once the order is placed and payment is received, regardless of circumstances.

    Revisions

    • One (1) edit variation is included in the service. Any requests for further changes will be charged at an additional rate, to be determined based on the complexity of the revisions.

    Usage Rights

    • The final animated video is provided for the client’s use. The client assumes full responsibility for the content’s usage, including compliance with copyright or trademark laws related to the materials provided.

    Limitations of Liability

    • While every effort will be made to meet your specifications, color matching and other technical details are subject to the limitations of the tools used.
    • We are not responsible for any delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.

    Agreement

    By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
